What is included in the admission price?
Entrance into the museum, guided tour, access to the café and gift shop. On event days you may be charged a slightly higher admission price to include entrance into the grounds, the event and the museum.

Yes, there is free parking for up to 2,000 vehicles including space for coaches.
Where do you buy the tickets for the outdoor activities?
They can be purchased from the Museum Pay Desk. Opening times for activities vary throughout the year. Please check availability before leaving for the Centre on 01926 641188.
When do the outdoor activities run?
All rides currently run from 11.00am – 4.00pm during weekends and Warwickshire school holidays, weather permitting. If you are planning to visit especially for the activities please check availability before leaving for the Centre on 01926 641188.
What time do the guided tours start/finish?
Guided tours of the museum run daily at 11.15am and 2.15pm and depart from the Museum Pay Desk.
Where are the baby changing facilities?
They are located in the disabled toilet alongside the other public toilets on the ground Museum floor, just behind the escalators/lift.
We provide wheelchairs for public use (please book before visiting, call 01926 641188). The Centre is fully accessible to less able visitors.
With the exception of guide dogs, we regret that pets are not permitted anywhere in the Museum. Dogs are, however, permitted in the grounds where most special event days take place but must be kept on a lead not exceeding 3 metres. Owners are required to clear up after their pets and dispose of any waste in a sealed bag.
